We offer international shipping to the following countries only: Canada

Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. If any of these charges apply to your order, Homitage is not responsible for them; they are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We stand by our quality guarantee. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund — no returns are required.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, colors, or buyer’s remorse. Please check size charts and product descriptions before ordering.
We process refunds within 14 days of approval and credit them to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping insurance is non-refundable.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer support within 7 days. We will assist in locating your package or arranging for a replacement.
2. Incorrect Address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. Homitage is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
