Refund policy
At Homitage, we utilize a made-to-order business model and strive to deliver the best quality products and a seamless shopping experience.
This means, we don't hold any inventory, and we actually work with production partners to produce our inventory as needed. So as our customers place orders with us, we place orders with our suppliers to produce the items for them! We do this to keep our costs low and quality high!
We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase and we'll do everything we can to make that happen. You can expect to receive the item you ordered from us quickly without any defects.
Here's what you need to know:
Defective Products:
We offer a quality guarantee. If you receive product with a production defect, or an incorrect product was sent to you, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. When your order is delivered, you’ll receive an e-mail asking you to rate the order. You can use the link provided in the email to report it directly to our support team. We will either replace the product at no additional cost or issue a refund.
Returns and Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products ordered in the wrong size, or color, or for any other reasons. Please refer to our size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order. If your item arrives with a defect, or an incorrect product was sent to you, we will offer you a replacement or refund and let you keep the item with no need for you to return them.
Refunds:
After we receive your request notifying us of a defective or incorrect item, we will process your refund request and notify you of its approval or rejection within 14 days. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days. Alternatively, you can choose to receive store credit. We cannot provide refunds for shipping insurance purchased during checkout.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return, exchange, or replacement request if the item doesn't meet the conditions outlined above.
